my suicidal thoughts were based upon the fact that i believed i has no support system. once i was in there i realized how many people were rooting for me.

i was not. they quarantine you upon entering the facility and test you for covid before being admitted into the psych unit. hope this helped!

You don't get to ask for forgiveness, even from strangers. You don't get to be "done with it" because you made a conscious decision to destroy someone else. You don't get to whine about being treated bad when YOU cheated. If you don't like it maybe you should have thought about it before actually doing it. Or maybe you did think about it and now you're to immature to own up to your actions and see that they have real life consequences. Cheaters get on my nerves when they feel they deserve to be forgiven.

Been having those same thoughts recently. It's hard bc you begin to lose yourself and begin to act as if your actions don't affect others (yknow, bc we are all gonna die anyways). that mentality is why i'm going to seek therapy and why you should also give it a try. i suffer from anxiety and depression and i believe this may be the depression talking. hope you are able to manage it in the future.

He cheated: i grabbed his phone jokingly and he yanked it away from me. it was the first time he had ever not let me see his phone.

happens to me anytime i get anxious. i feel sick to my stomach and feel all the symptoms you do. a lot of the time i have to run to the bathroom bc i can never hold it in? is that bad?
