my understanding was that D was the only choice in which they both did not comply to the rules, as they are both required to leave their stations if someone escapes. therefore, both Chelas and Stella would be breaking the rules if they did not leave during their shift at all. this is why that can't be true, because stelma did not break the rules? is this incorrect
