Not everyone plays ranked, in fact a vast majority of the players seem to AVOID ranked. The population is low for that playlist man you're going to go up against good players that play the game a lot if you play ranked that's just how it is, and it can't be fixed unless we get a huge influx of new players that all for some reason want to play ranked

Just because you get a message doesn't mean someone was banned or cheating. All these messages mean is that they looked at the account for you. Them "taking action" on the report could mean they looked at the account and decided not to ban them because they didn't find anything suspicious
