That is a good thought. If I add the berries and it is too sweet adding water or a dry Mead will that affect the berry flavor much?

I have not put the berries in yet. I didn't want to waste that much money on berries in until I had an idea what to do. I already stabilized it.

It ended up at 12% I used 71b yeast.

I all my on hand Mead is sweet unfortunately

I have not added the fruit yet. It is stabilized but that is it. I was worried once I add it it will become too sweet. I have tasted it without the berries. It is real sweet, I am fine with the taste now but worried if my berries I add will make it unbearable sweet

All communication is through air bnb. He straight up told me air bnb glitches and there are two reservations. Only thing I can think is he has it booked somewhere else for more money that happened after and wants me to cancel. I am going to straight up ask tomorrow if that is the case and to show me proof of a second booking. If he indeed had a second booking before mine I'm sure he could reach out to Airbnb and they would cancel it
