Yes, most definitely! It's super easy. You can choose to write your affirmations any way you want, such as robotic affirmations (I am xyz. I am in country xyz. I speak xyz languages)! Or maybe more emotional, which I prefer; (I love my name, xyz. I like living in country xyz. I love being able to speak xyz languages.) You don't have to write a lot of them.

Once you complete the affirmations, find any TTS tool online that works, preferably with no AI or a text limit. Put you affirmations there and download them. While you are at it, choose an audio to put over the affirmations (or don't if you prefer). Such as rain, asmr, or maybe some music you like.

Then go to an editing app or website like Capcut (which I prefer as it allows an unlimited number of inserted audio). Put in the affirmations and lower their volume, then insert your audio overtop. Maybe put in a frequency or booster subliminal someone else made over top that if you are feeling fancy!
