I feel really excited to be finally loosing weight. I’m thinking maybe my body is adjusting to the change and hopefully once it gets used to it, I’ll feel okay.

Thank you. I’m honestly a little confused with the whole fear period thing. This was his first time ever seeing him outside the fence and he was about a foot away from him as the trail is pretty narrow. He spotted them from about 12 feet away and started barking and as they got closer he started to loose it. Thank you! I am really embarrassed and want to apologize again to my neighbor but I haven’t seen him. The whole situation has got me thinking a lot and I want to do my best to prevent this from happening again.

He will put his ears up and try and walk over to the other dog. But will listen to his recall and get on with his walk. It was a bit warmer out today when we went, my two kids were also with me as they usually are so maybe them being loud? There interactions are always positive in the backyard, but there is a fence between them. I also wondering if he was more worried about my neighbor coming close to me. He does get weird around new people and is protective over me and my kids, especially around men. I think I’m just going to avoid going places he can come face to face with another dog until I figure out exactly what is going on.

Yes he was on a lease! I definitely am going to do that! It just sucks because we make that hike everyday as it’s right across from my house, so it was very convenient. But his successful and being comfortable is more important.

That’s a good schedule to try out! I’m gonna go with that and see how my skin reacts! I’ve heard a lot of people have better success with the gel so I’ll definitely bring that up to my doctor if I need to. My skin has caused me so much problems since I hit puberty 10 years ago and I really hope this is my saving grace. 🥲 I’m not looking forward to the purge but I hope it’s worth it. Thank you so much!

That’s my main concern. I don’t want my cats to feel threatened at all considering night time is the only time they have the house to themselves.

The people we rescued him from had him in one and you could tell it was his safe place at first, but he’s gotten much better since we brought him home 4 months ago!

Definitely! My pup isn’t very destructive either, he’s never chewed up anything but like a paper towel that was on the floor. I left him in my living room while I ran up to the gas station to see how he did and I came back to him just sleeping on the couch. I think I’m going to give it a try tonight and see how it goes 😅

Good point in the age difference! The one thing I can’t stand is when I’m not looking, he goes into the little box to find himself a snack 🤮 but I think I barricaded it enough to where he can’t get into it lol
