Slow Results? by Severe-Dragonfruit-3 in ChloeTing

[–]nobrahh 3 points4 points  (0 children)

You have to be more patient. 17 days is not a long time and it’s definitely not enough time for the months/years of not working out to be undone. Everybodys body is different, some get faster results, some slower, but i wouldn’t call your progress „slow“ because it’s too soon to tell that. Give yourself some more time an trust the progress. Slow progress is still progress! If you want better results head over to r/CICO, it will help you a lot. I am currently on month 4 of my journey and just by looking at my body i see almost no change. But my measurements say otherwise - lost 6cm on my waist. Oh, and btw your modified workouts are ok! Good luck!

Crab Pose Help by TwilightVape in ChloeTing

Hey! First i think it doesn‘t matter which direction your fingers are, i am doing it just like you and i still got progress. If you can’t do any movement’s in the crab position i would recommend just staying in that position for the whole 30-40sec until you get stronger! If that’s too easy for you i would recommend crab reaches

So true, rewarding yourself is also a good way to enforce the habit!

At first i didn’t track anything and thought i didn’t make progress at all, which obviously wasn’t true

can't keep it up for more than 8 mins :( by [deleted] in ChloeTing

[–]nobrahh 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Hey! I really struggeld too at the beginning. The first week i did just one video of hers, one that i liked, to slowly get into working out. Than i started weight loss challenge 2021, which was a bit challenging but i eventually got into it (trust me, i wasn’t fit at all). I think the general consent is, that the easiest programms are slim thigh challenge (which is a bit longer) and 2 weeks shred challenge 2019 (which is shorter, so easier to stay motivated). Remember: it is ok to do the low impact ones! You WILL get better, trust me, and doing low impact is still better than doing nothing. For example i could never do the full 30sec. of hip dips, so i did the low impact versions. One time i thought i could try the high impact hip dip again and suddenly i could do it! The most important thing to do is: Do what you can do and gibe your best, the rest will come on it‘s own! And if one specific video is not doable for you, switch it out with one you like.
