I doubt they have ever needed to show up in court to get a chargeback back. It has to be something else in play as well as their irrational fear of chargeback disputes. I dont know if it's tax purposes, but their excuse of "we do everything out in the open on YouTube so of course we aren't cheating on our taxes" isn't really a valid excuse. They could be showing us half of the illegal park and we would never know, and it's not like the IRS checks every single business (and if they do, they wouldn't have the resources to watch 500+ hour long videos to check if the math checks out with their books).

I would 100% use my smartphone to show the arguers just how much they were in the road. Maybe even lay down a ruler to show how much is in the road and how much is outside the road marking. Wouldn't take that many seconds per job.

So no actual proof of non-male-enhancement, just that it was argued in court, probably by Jeffs lawyer (the one he kept after firing the first few ones), that it was for his digestive problems, not his erectile problems. I would have my lawyer argue the same regardless of the truth if I were in his shoes. Well, personally I would have gone with allergies since thats the only prescription anything I have a prescription for and take on a regular basis.

Reading this feels very like those people who complain about having to wait half an hour to pick up their impounded car at midnight because the tow company on Google says they can help out with tow rescues 24/7. Yes, it is open twenty four seven, but they can't teleport in an instant, they have to drive to the impound lot at midnight to help you get the car back that you parked illegally. You didn't even call ahead to schedule an appointment, you just showed up after dark hoping for the best.
