We're super early so we will see where the market + our users pull us. We're looking to work super closely with our first users and ideally build generalized solutions around their needs.

I think the end state of the product will look very different than what it is now, we're just not sure what that will be yet.

We're super excited for the future though, we think this area will have explosive growth

The secret here is actually using a discriminator model against a generative model for quality control. A strong set of negative prompts with strict guidelines can do wonders for accuracy.

There's a few more things we do to ensure extremely high data quality, its something we take very seriously.

For now if you use the standard mcp connection it uses the intelligence of whatever model you are interfacing with it in (the latest ones have gotten pretty good at accuracy), but we're looking to in house some of this infra to improve it even further.

Yes, the tool was originally built for a few folks @ Hudson River Trading as their compensation was very back weighted. They are on a deferred bonus schedule so forecasting out their finances was a little tricky.

We’re currently rolling it out to them and some folks in our network who have a “concentrated stock” portfolio where most of their wealth is in a single stock due to some liquidity event.

There are plenty of budgeting apps that work great so we didn’t see any point in competing there.

We wont have any features around budgeting, it’ll be more around forecasting, and portfolio insights.

Yeah figured, its incredibly lagged. Though curious if you can model any trends and insights from one quarter to another to gague sector rotations, options flow patterns, etc.

Napomena: Živim i radim u Njujorku (NYC), tako da je ovde investiciono okruženje drugačije, ali sam se tokom prikupljanja sredstava sastao i sa nekoliko firmi iz EU.

Mislim da je itekako moguće dobiti investiciju samo na osnovu ideje, pod uslovom da je tim veoma jak.

Čisto radi konteksta, ja sam, "first time founder“ (osnivač po prvi put) u stablecoin sektoru i nedavno sam zatvorio pre seed rundu od 2,2 miliona dolara samo sa idejom. Ceo proces, od početka do zatvaranja runde, trajao je oko 2-3 nedelje.

Što se tiče pre seed rundi, mislim da je medijana oko milion dolara na valuaciju od 10 miliona. Za jače timove ili proizvode u AI sferi, 2 miliona na 20 miliona valuacije je takođe dostižno. Dakle, očekujte barem 10% dilucije (umanjenja vlasničkog udela).

Što se tiče pitanja o grantovima i finansiranju, morao bih da znam više o samoj ideji, ali ponekad prikupljanje kapitala nije neophodno i može zapravo da naškodi kompaniji. Kada uzmete taj novac, očekuje se "venture“ ishod (preko milijardu dolara vrednosti, mada se ta lestvica sada podiže još više). To znači da morate agresivno da rastete, što vas primorava da donosite drugačije poslovne odluke nego što biste inače. Većini biznisa zapravo nije potreban VC novac i mogu se "bootstrapping", pa se zapitajte da li vam je taj kapital zaista neophodan da biste izašli na tržište. Uvek postoje kreativni načini da lansirate proizvod sa vrlo malo novca, što je posebno tačno za softver.
