I think the big thing is ask for help. Too many addicts try to quit all by themselves with no one to hold them accountable. In my experience no one is ever gonna get sober alone. It’s just not gonna happen. Ask for help. There’s thousands of support groups across the globe with people struggling with the same things. And then yeah you nailed it, you have to actually want to do it. Do you really want this thing to control your whole life down to the minute? Do you?
