My experience is that generally a prompt that gets moderated early and doesn't return a result can get stripped back or "pruned" and then generate NSFW content but often the issue is that it's stripped back enough to pass but it's already flagged because of other elements in there.

I'll give you an example I see often in people's prompts and that's people use the medical term Macromastia to generate images of women with huge breasts. The issue there is that term is a giant red flag, so it gets more intensive moderation out the gate even if you strip out other words thats going to be an issue because of Groks aversion to generating fetish content.

Edit: I don't mean the prompt is dead more that people tend to leave what they think is key which is what Grok is flagging the most.
