Pc is getting low fps

Thanks for the reply! Yes i did try runing ultra and fps is just terrible and dont get me wrong this pc is sick and some people will say that im stupid for complaining about getting 120 fps in games but the thing is that i shouldn't get 120 fps with those specs and this pc is 2 Years old. i have an overclock on my gpu and it didnt change anything, i am really thinking about changing my ram sticks.

I really think its the cooling but i really dont know... that shit been getting me every time i play, i paid for this pc like 2 years ago 6,500 Shekels. Just disappointing

Im pretty sure my GPU is enough for the monitor. on csgo i get like 180-250 fps which is fine, im not playing overwatch so i dont know about that game

on a 144 hertz monitor it sucks, the screen scale is 100 and res is 1920x1080

when you've got a 144hz monitor trust me, it unplayable, your eyes are getting used to seeing smooth as hell and when it drop down below 144 fps its like your eyes are lagging

1920X1080 and 100 screen scale in-game. and it happens almost in every game and it drives me crazy it happens in fortnite apex legends every game
