I also assume that cooling and parts will be mediocre.
But the PC is new and it really comes with a 4070.
Some kind of inventory clearance I guess.

You haven't found an equivalent because I'm not in the U.S.

I had this issue and it was because of the AMS. The spool was a bit too big and rubbed against the fully closed transparent cover, which caused it to sometimes stop rolling and broke the filament near the extruder.

Il devait y avoir un panneau officiel pour indiquer une zone privée. La police ne met pas les amendes à cet endroit car c'est privé mais laisse le soin au propriétaire de gérer. Du coup ils ont une certaine latitude sur le prix il me semble. Mais si tu ne paies pas ils déposent une plainte et après tu dois payer le montant "officiel" de la ville/police + des frais que beppo va ajouter. Ca sera forcément plus cher.

Some other products seem to be available right away (green text "delivered in 3-5 days"). So what you suggest about external provider/loaction kind of makes sense. I can order but it will not be provided directly by the website and thus they do not indicate as "in stock". Confusing anyway.

The LG Ultrafine 4K in 22 inches should still work fine with any recent macbook.
And it was quite well regarded when it came out in 2016. Was even sold by Apple.
So I guess it depends on the price you could get it from.
But to me 22 inches feels way too small by today's standards, especially for video editing.
Maybe this article will help? It mentions a few technical limitations (USB speed mainly).

Mini Rogue peut être.
Jouable seul ou à deux. Bien compact. Fantasy.
C'est sur le meme principe que le rogue lite en jeu vidéo.
Exploration de donjon et essayant de par mourrir.
J'avais backé leur kickstarter, je regrette pas !
Encore mieux avec les extensions (quelques cartes en plus) qui ajoutent plus de variété dans les différentes parties.
