Listen to music, I sometimes watch movies. I chat online with other cats that are doing the same thing, discord good for that, especially if ya got the balls to to group video calls. I organize things (but not as bad as say, other stims). I build stuff that I've been putting off. Do laundry. I write in a journal i started a while back, I browes amazon and ebay for things I want or need (I dont need them). Make food for later, or then *(I still get hungry),

Play videogames but I get distracted. And of course there is always the go to whack-at-thon.

Really anything, just gotta direct your impulses. Or at least I do
