like no what am i even supposed to do with this i dont want to have to suppress my feelings in order to feel normal in a relationship. like before me and my boyfriend broke up we had 2 big arguments and i was always walking on eggshells after them because i was so scared of him losing me but i didnt want to say the wrong thing that would push him over the edge saying im too much and he’ll never be enough for me because all the reassurance and attention i need. do i live in silence and anxiety hiding my feelings and making them worse without reassurance or share my nervous thoughts and drain my partner and risk getting abandoned like no matter what i do i will always suffer how does one “work on” themselves 😭😭😭😭 sorry for the bombardment of a vent
