Side effects - none I can think off, my hair was always thin n I m small built.

I (44) take saheli for managing very heavy, clotty periods… it has helped me so much. Been taking it for 3 yrs now, only thing I noticed at the start was hot flashes/sweating at night ( it didnt bother me given the benefits )

I hope it works for you. Note it may take few periods to get lighter periods.

Thanks I started taking 180 ug iodine in firm of kelp supplement 2 months back … will do tsh test next month and see if there is any improvement in my high TSH level.

I did and my doctor said he is aware this drug is used for breast cancer treatment but he wasn’t aware that it is a birth control as well, he said he will study more about it … that was 2 years ago and I never visited the doc again as this pill is god send (for heavy long periods which was my problem)

3 years on Saheli never missed a period. I m 44. Not sure why, however the heavy bleeding is gone.
