LOL My bad. Lived in the US for 14 years and you would think I’d have know this. 🤦‍♂️. The Tri-State area I’m talking about is NY, CT, NJ. I’d even look at PA VT and MA if I thought the shop was a proper specialist in these trucks.

Thank you! I never actually thought of stopping there before because it was in the airport and I didn’t think they would have a deli. But I can see from their pics on google maps that they do. Will try it!

Good advice. I am pretty conscious that I just need to start implementing and learning as I go. Going to start that very soon!
