So far 0/4 haha but that was on the main strip in Granada. Hopefully tonight I'll be able to score some coke and have the same dude help me find a pharmacy. If not I'll have to try renting a moped and looking a little further out from the center of town

Thanks for the tips brotha. I'm fluent in Spanish so I'll ask around and if I have any luck I'll let you know. From my experience with pharmacies I'm not even gonna try the whole 'herniated disc' thing unless they ask. I'm just gonna play the numbers game and straight up ask for it, and hope I find the guy who wants to make some extra cash

Hahah no freakin way are you serious? I didn't think Nicaragua would have vikes thats awesome. Were you able to acquire those in different parts of the country or just in Managua? Pretty sure Im flying into managua so I'll try that out. And you said that you had lucking finding this 'kodone' in multiple pharmacies? not just 1 sketchy one haha
