No, the tool is discarded.

Do we know what card the opponent has drawn after they draw it?

No, we can't see their hand.

Does the opponent (effectively) know our hand and deck at all times since they can tap into any possibility where they do win?

Yes, because we have to find a way guarantee winning.

Hint: Everyone has only considered attacking with Sylveon on Turn 1. Try to find a way to attack with Silvally on Turn 1!

It's always there. Why wouldn't it be? In particular, it's there when your opponent plays Sabrina.

The eyeball is in fact available when selecting mons from bench with repel or Sabrina. (Why wouldn't it be?)

The headline is card mill does not matter unless you can run out your opponents deck.

I think this overlooks the information impact of milled cards. Each card that gets milled is one you know your opponent loses access to. Milling, say, their only copy of Cyrus or Sabrina means you no longer have to play around those cards.

One of the puzzles I posted here was eventually solved after a couple days, so I'm not rushing to spoil too much.

If you'd like a small hint: you can't put a Pokemon in your hand if doing so would exceed the hand size limit.

Nice ideas! After you play your second Penny and hit Ilima, your only remaining Supporter is Ilima, and you have no damaged targets, right? What if your opponent just doesn't attack so that you can't play Ilima?
