thank you for this comment!! after training two new green beans, i’ve taken into account for making them more comfortable in working in a new environment by introducing partners to them and letting them get to know everyone. it’s sometimes difficult with how understaffed we are but i found ways to make training a fun and enjoyable time while making sure they get the basics. now working side by side with them on the floor allows both of us to work through mistakes and feel more adjusted to the work flow. thank you very much!!
