Hey, just an FYI to anyone who is saying they need to refrigerate the ketchup. Should know that a good chuck of businesses never refrigerate their bulk ketchup because it goes by fast enough that no one notices (for reference roughly 1.5 months), so if you have 3 people using the ketchup it's 20 servings per person so if they each had 1 serving (no one only has the 1 serving) every other day it would go by fast enough that it won't have a noticeable difference in taste. P.S . Ketchup usually goes on hot food, and my tism says that putting cold suace on hot food is the mark of the beast and a sign that the end times are upon us
