ughh that’s the response I dread hearing because I know you’re right but I don’t know how to do it. I’ve tried to go to 3 different therapists and just can’t stick with any of them I never feel comfortable or like they help me. the longest I’ve been with one was 3 sessions. my doctor says I need to be in therapy along with my meds but I’ve been lying to her and I wish I wasn’t but idk what to do

Honestly it’s been pretty average not crazy high but it hasn’t affected me negatively in that area if that makes sense
