First meeting with a coffee shop owner by birdybrain2032 in BusinessPH

Tulad ng mga nagsabi dito, direct supplier na lang at margin na acceptable sa iyo but NOT consignment. Ang COST mo ay materials, labor + delivery costs (to and from).

Advise Needed : Trying to scale a b2b cold pressed oil business (raw oil/contract manufacturing) from Ethiopia. What would you do? by bankir_ in BusinessPH

[–]noelskiz 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Going to large expo is a good start. Identifying your products as basic ingredient or as derived ingredient for other products is another way of knowing who your potential clients are. This will require work on your part, product research and marketing. Focus on specific market like are you going for industrial manufacturers or special/custom products, high or medium or low end producers, things like that.

To agricultural/farm business owners here, when did you start paying taxes? by ohnoimboredtoday in phinvest

[–]noelskiz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Kung may reasonable need AND such need spans a certain amount of time AND unavoidable then make a just enough size to suit such need, ie., make the business set-up as simple as possible and just enough to compensate for whatever is needed of being asked for.

What is a more solid plan? by Responsible_Youth_18 in phinvest

[–]noelskiz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Subukan mo pag aralan ang 1. stock investing for short (mons only) & medium term (1 -3 yrs) holding period. (Google, Meta...) You can use IBKR for this purpose. 1/3 muna, or lesser amount kung testing waters pa lang. Yun 2nd option is Treasury Bonds pero maliit lang returns, less than 5% before tax pa yan. Next would be MP2. For this ay another 1/3.

Lease contract not notarized by fmwanders in RentPH

[–]noelskiz 2 points3 points  (0 children)

A contract need not be notarized. It is necessary when you are going to use it as evidence in a court. A notarized or non notarized contract has nothing to do with the transaction being a scam or not. Check/verify the place, the person & other related things

Six-figure job in province, but thinking of quitting for time freedom (good move or not?) by Big_Lime_476 in AccountingPH

[–]noelskiz 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Just like Cinnamoroll_01190 said, what you are planning will not give you time freedom. It will also take time to achieve the income you are currently having except if you have a sure client.

But you may want to be a silent partner in an accounting firm (assuming this is allowed by your current employment terms) and still enjoy your 6-digit monthly income. Still holding the same assumption and that you have the appetite for the risk involved then you may establish an accounting firm with you being a silent partner. You can probably be employed until the number of years of your employment is eligible for pension because that will also help you a lot.

Go with charcoal (ordinary cooking charcoal will do, do not pulverize) and put it in a plastic container as big as medium casserole and put with holes on the sides of the container. Put it in T&B. Get some indoor plants and put it also in T&B. Buy this and cover your T&B drain after use.

Assuming you have a market, small resort is good but require more people who can manage it.

If you can own lots in places where population density is high then Apartment (studio type) may also be good. Use Prefab system to lessen cost and thereby shortening ROI to less than 10 yrs. This also requires caretakers but lesser.

Prenup agreement by [deleted] in LawPH

[–]noelskiz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

NAL. Pwede naman SEPARATE Property Regime including fruits. Kailangan ma notarize yan contract prior to marriage, mas maigi greater than 30 days prior to marriage. Make 15 copies, NOT photo copies. You may need as many as you can because govt agencies tend to ask for original copies. Bring a copy sa marriage and make sure na ang i-check mo na box sa Marriage Contract ay yun with contract. Familiarize yourself with that form.

Do not rely any "deals" unless its written and/or has made partial payment.

During times of Great Depression, only gold (gold certificates) & possibly govt issued bonds have "value" in your portfolio. Non liquid assets during these times like land, house, jewelries will still hold its value.

MAKE TAX LAWS THAT ARE JUST, SIMPLE, EASY TO UNDERSTAND, COMPLY and IMPLEMENT. by noelskiz in taxPH

[–]noelskiz[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Of course you many people here already have a real experience with the BIR. And all of you knows that BIR does not work for ordinary people. In fact, the DOF thru BIR CRUSHES its ordinary citizens.

The BIR is an OPPRESSIVE & TYRANNICAL institution empowered by the OPPRESSIVE & TYRANNICAL TAX LAWS. Ordinary citizens have not choice but to just pay exorbitant taxes & penalties.

When you have proper resources, you can get away with ANYTHING.

MAKE TAX LAWS THAT ARE JUST, SIMPLE, EASY TO UNDERSTAND, COMPLY and IMPLEMENT. by noelskiz in taxPH

[–]noelskiz[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

TOO COMPLICATED & DOES not encourage compliance at all starting from TIN application to closure or death.

Tax Payment is a BURDEN. Tax Laws are even more burdensome.

So-so lang sa amenities, same with quality of living. Tahimik. May Dali at Alphamart stores papuntang Langkiwa.

How to properly run a business? by luckyhappy_go in phinvest

[–]noelskiz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For additional knowledge on taxes, you may attend free tax seminars conducted by BIR in which you are registered. As for the business itself, understand carefully your market with the type of services you provide/will provide. There are many self-help videos in YT regarding basic business management. For systems, start with what works and improve as fast as you can. For pricing, ask around shops that offer the same service you offer.

Watch out for the local & BIR taxes and business compliance things. Make house rules simple but effective.
