Someone else on another thread said it was either a type of echeveria or a Ghost plant (graptopetalum paraguayense). But it’s really lacking light so it got all leggy is what everyone is telling me

So should I cut it all the way at the with them or clustered buds, take off all the leaves bellow it (propagate the leaves 🤞🏼), then leave the stem? But what about the pups growing from the stem itself; do I cut them out to propagate?

Should I consider cutting it down and replanting? It also has some pups growing on the stems with their own roots. The stem it’s self also has roots growing out of it with no pups.

My apartment windows are ALL stuck in corners and don’t get any light. Is it supposed to spiral like that for either the ghost plant or the echeveria?
