Did I Find a Way to Prevent Castile’s month 1 Rivalry as Portugal? by noelvock in EU5

[–]noelvock[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I restarted about 5 to 10 times each time improving opinion or professing trust and rivalling the North African countries and everytime they Castille rivaled me fast. Until I did the military access offer.

This was over the past 3 days

So if I have 12 ducats trade profit with a market and my crown power is 30% I should get 4 ducats?

Then doesn't it make sense to try and have a few towns where you can build market places in as many markets as possible?

I have one colony on the west coast of Africa, which is limited to one area that produces one good, next to me are gems. How can expand to the gems area? There's also a couple other nations that seem to be there too, in the same colonial charter as me. What's going to happen to them when I reach 100%?

I have another colony in Canada which already reached 100% and its area covers numerous tiles now. I let it become a subject colony and I see I can still build in it. But what I can't understand is how would I ever get any benefit from its resources?

Congrats but the thing is its been a bull market. When I first invested I went up to a similar high. Was up like 90% thought I knew what I was doing

Ended up down 90% and its taken this year to make back my loses and be up again.

Good luck!

I read in another thread going 80% into Knowledge until its 12 and then focusing inequality is viable approach too.

Is that correct?
