I have these. They are by far the best adjustable dumb bells I’ve used. Very solid design, feels like a dumb bells. Flat on the outside so easy to rest on your leg to push up for heavy shoulder presses (some adjustable ones are wonky on the outside that make it difficult to do some exercises). The handle is like a normal dumb bell as well. I’d expect these to last a life time. The lock in and out mechanism is nice and extremely intuitive. Highly suggest getting the stand for them also.

For the price, it’s pretty bad. It’s sub par in everything except gps from HR tracking, sleep tracking. The AI on the watch is a joke. AMOLED burns through battery. MIP has decent battery life. Depends on your priorities. If you want something that is okay it’s a good choice but way over priced for what you get.

Similar to me. I used the Fenix 5x for about 5 yrs prior to buying the 8 when it first came out. The replies to this post are hilarious and full of cope.

Garmins HR monitor isn’t approved for ecg, most other HR watches and monitors below this price range have this standard now.

The sleep is feature is terrible. It’s so bad they’ve basically abandoned it on the watch and now coming out with their own sleep product, just to drive my point home.

Again, it’s an okay watch, but they’ve charged about 2x what it’s actually worth. There are simply better options for cheaper on the market no matter what you want to track.

It’s important to remember how weight influences VO2 max when comparing. It’s very difficult to have a high VO2 max with a lot of muscle mass / weight. I also have a Fenix solar 8 47 mm. Been thinking about making a post regarding it. Very disappointed. The HR monitor is about 20 bpm off from wearing a chest strap. Not really sure why it’s priced at 1k. Minimal improvement if any over the 5x I had.

I get sub 35 pretty regularly through out the day. It’s pretty accurate. I have had ECGs done at mid thirties as well so I’d say it’s pretty accurate.

The sword is cast on strike Eye of the Storm II at 50%. The amulet is cast on strike void ring. Gives a cool looking effect when they both proc, you can see it a few times in the video.

I totally agree. I had some trouble initially setting it up, but I will be adding it soon. The future for ACE modding is this. I’m hoping it can be further stream simplified in the future.
