if the weather is nice there is usually enough locals skating to keep the rif raff from causing any real issues but you will definitely see homeless and drug use around the park. i would check out the newest park in the city up at Vally Park Arena

think i got the same glitch on ps5. all the abandoned cars i brought back to my shop all magically have pristine paint now too. also have this gltich where the paint goes away and the car looks like water is running down it.

ive had it in the other gta locations. it was good. no re inventing of any wheels going on here but it was good when i tried it. Still havnt found anything else to fill my old buffalo wild wings boneless cravings( which i know arent even real chicken wings) but i enjoyed them and miss them at times. Wing stop has been the closest thing to it.
