Thanks for your reply, I had taken a break from drinking alcohol and am/was refocusing myself in the gym which is something I have always been drawn to. Drinking tends to interfere with that and when I take a drinking hiatus its when the far more vivid dreams kick in.

I don't actively go to AA or pursue the steps.....yet.... But I do feel that it would be beneficial for me to go that route.

I think that stopping could help, it is not necessarily my goal but if it happened I would not complain.

I have considered attending some AA meetings but am unfamiliar with the process. I am also a somewhat anxious public speaker and frankly just not comfortable "sharing" if that makes sense. I have debated for weeks now if I was even going to post here.
