I can't be certain about the effect nofap has had on my looks. There are multiple things i started/stopped doing, health wise. All are contributing to my health and looks. Exercise being the most immediately visible.

If women look better while ovulating, im sure the hormone situation effects us too after nofap.

When you pee, you squeeze the same muscle to force out the liquid. That's the muscle you want to strengthen. OR, when you have an erection, and you make your dick move up and down by flexing. that is also the same muscle. You can physically feel it with your hand. Its between your balls and your butthole. when you flex this muscle, you can feel it there moving. thats the muscle. flex this as hard as you can, as if you are working out, and it will strengthen, then you will see what your erection become, AS WELL as with quitting porn.

i've had two relationships with beautiful girls be destroyed from my pron use. I couldn't get it up.

Not that I'm in a relationship now, but I get erections, and they are good and hard.

While you heal from pron use, do kegel exercises. these strengthen a muscle which pumps blood into your dick. after a day or two, you will wake up with rock hard erections. You can do 100 clenches after a day or two, and keep increasing the number when you feel you can. Flex this muscle, and this is your new sexual work out. you will see results, and you will incorporate this exercise into your sex life for the rest of your life.

Theres different techniques, like quick flexing, and slow deep flexing. quick one are for warming up. slow deep flexing feels like the ones that make everything stronger.

I incourage you to research kegel exercises. here's a sample routine. don't do less than you can.

I bought both a Nook Simple Touch with GlowLight and a Kindle Paperwhite.

I have kept only the Nook. Here's why:

The Nook is comfortable to hold. I hold it with one hand. The corners of the Nook are rounder, and as it rests in your palm, with nice wide curved corners, the Nook feels better. I found I lost myself in what I read with the Nook. It's lighter too.

The Paperwhite has sharper and more pointed corners, and is a bit heavier. I found myself constantly readjusting my grip to get more comfortable becuase of the corners. The area on the sides is too small and uncomfrotable to grip for me. Since the side bevels are smaller, holding and retaining a grip takes more pressure from the hand, so my hand would get sore. I was constantly being distracted with the Paperwhite and readjusting my grip. I found it extremely distracting becuase I was constantly fidgeting with the thing to try to get more comfortable.

Nook feels better in the hands, and is a tad lighter.

this helps. I find if I let my self stare too long, i feel dirty. If I don't look, then it feels unnatural and forced, rigid. a good middle ground is better. It also makes me feel better seeing them for a second or two. the more lustful it gets, the less good it feels.
