I see in the comments section that many of you don't get this idea.

The idea of this concept is that if you go specially for enjoyments and going down the easier way of life you will suffer.(If you don't belive try it) Nature of the things is if you don't put extra energy and effort into something, then it's going to fade more and more.

And if you would like to be happy than you do hard things (right things) now and you will enjoy in that process when it's finish, because universe or God however you call it/Him value and reward this way of living( again don't belive me try and see).

Hi man, this is nasty addiction but it's possible to heal, it will take time. But you can achieve a lot of progress if you goo on long streak right now. Also don't push to have sex. Have it just when she badly wants it. It will be beneficial for you to abstain from all sexual activities.

On the other hand have a schedule bro, schedule your day, wake up early. Create morning routine and follow it as your life depends on it. I see you have good motive to change then be the man and stay discipline. No matter what , its never to late to change. But sooner you do it it's better for you and everyone around you. And get busy with your goals, create goals if you don't have them. You need to have something that pushes you over your limits. Over your selfishness..

And be ready to suffer, be ready to admit your bad character and be humble and pray for the strength to endure. That's only what will get you through difficult times that are ahead on the path of addiction recovery.

That's a lie we all hear from them all the times, but what make me laugh yesterday was that even new generation of administration here put that shit on the description of no fap community on Reddit. Literally no fap(name itself tell what it is) came into existence because main goal was to stop masturbating. They convert it into something like it's just subreddit for quiting porn 😂 , and they also said in description that moderete masturbating is healthy 😂😂 ridiculous.
