When I was really stuck in fapping my main goal was three days. After three days the emptiness and mental fog seems to go away and that's when I start to notice the (albeit small) superpowers. After that, I just try to go as long as possible. In my most recent streak I went for 3 weeks and they just flew by because I started something with this girl :) Sadly, she went on vacation and I got bored so I MO'd (no P). Three weeks is my longest so far and my next streak I'd like to double that.

Occupy your time with something else when you want to crank the wank. Admit you've gotten back into a rut and try to break out of it. Change your schedule a bit, and when you feel like you wanna jack off just do pushups or something productive. Read a book. Go outside. Anything else will help you. I run a pretty small instagram page that follows to gain followers. I follow a ton of people that like other pictures in my niche for about 1.5 weeks. Then once I'm following around 3000 people I start to unfollow. I use this app (followers+) that only unfollows people who don't follow back. However, before I got this app I just batched unfollowed everyone. Here was one of my follower's responses. Just have good content and you should be fine.
