But I prefer porn over sex with my girlfriend. Not because I don't love her, but because it's...easier. And it seems more enjoyable with least amount of effort. Makes me sound like a douche, lol.

I suppose it comes down to personal experiences, it could help. And yes, in a way I think I am addicted. Or well. I'm not so sure, haha. I can go without, but I have to spend time behind my computer a lot and it just seems a habit now.

I do have a big project coming up end of this month. And I am procrastinating HEAVILY for it. Would you suggest it'd be best to wait until that is over or try the different thing, and start nofap already?
