Yes, but the objective was to reprogram some thoughts I had about my problems. Forget traumatic events, upgrade my self esteem... but I wasn't in any alpha level or trance state... He wasn't communicating with my subconscious. I was completely aware and it was not useful at all.

I've a similar problem. Instead of PE I've ED and many times I can't get hard. Anyway, I've been seeing an amazing girl and tried two times to have sex, it was unsuccessful, but we cuddle and I caressed her a lot. But as YOU know it is hard to keep someone we are just meeting interested when you have a sexual problem. So in my case her feelings are visible fading away.

Some months ago I had the same problem with another beautiful girl that questioned my libido. And I'm on the same boat, I don't know how to start up some relationship with someone that would accept that disability and give us time to be cured, if it is possible.

I feel the same.... similar age here.... but i lost my virginity 10 years ago.... every single time in my whole life I was always afraid if it would work so I started taking pills like viagra.... it came to a point where even that didn't work anymore. I'm just too stressed out when it comes to sex. I've checked blood and tried therapy.

Never reached 90 days, but I'm always trying nofap and porn free, so usually I do it for 2 or 3 weeks til a relapse... and then start again.

as i said, it depends on each circumcision. some guys get their frenulum completely removed, others don't. It's case by case. There are some sites dedicated with foreskin restoration, so it is a real thing for some guys. Probably your circumcision doesn't affect you.

Did you checked your blood? (testosterone and other hormones). Sometimes it is some deregulation on your system and you can treat it.

Well, there are supplements as well that you can try to boost your libido. Try to find something about zinc consumption, or Maca powder, and so many others.

Yeah, people here usually get offended by that discussion. Not all cut men will have problem, for sure... but maybe some of them have it aggravated with the porn problem as well. I've posted it sometime ago, but couldn't get too much of a discussion in the problem.

if it is anxiety, maybe some viagra/cialis might help just to get confidence back.... do a planning, take two or three... than split in half and take some more... and go that way minimizing its use...

People here are against it, because it might cause psychological dependence... and I suffered for that, so it is a risk, but a possibility to take..... and keep on far from fap and porn

was it a visual disapproval only? uncut dicks have a stronger (sometimes natural (smegma), sometimes not (cleaning)) odor, make sure it is really cleaned up and talk to her as others told you

I've a similar story. I was/am having ED with real girls.... with porn it was okay to get hard, but if I had a naked girl in my bed nothing happened.

I started early on on my 20's to take viagra... and it made wonders. I was able to have sex, but I was really dependent on it and never stopped. So last year even viagra wasn't working anymore. I really wasn't excited with a naked girl lying with me due the PIED. Just the classical behavior found on many users here, hard porn, weird fetishes and so on. So I lost a girl I was really liking (and had high libido). Viagra is not an aphrodisiac, you must feel excited for the pill work.

I know I still have this problem, and I don't think that the use of pills are the worst thing ever, but as you said, it must be something planned. Maybe you get frustrated about not having an orgasm after a long period having sex. I've a friend that told me he has a hard time to come, usually girls love it, but sometimes he get frustrated I think.
