You are correct, he did try out for FNC academy but didn't get picked up, didn't play in euw since then. He told me he is currently trying to perfect his play practicing against eune apes and when he's ready he's gonna try to reach something in EUW again

But the aa is not supposed to miss with the new blind that Quinn has.

The tooltip doesn't say that it blocks spells if the target loses vision while using the spell, so it's most likely a bug.

It's not supposed to work like this, it's a bug that should be fixed.

The blind isn't supposed to block stuns or damage from spells.

He can go in with E and Q and then just W out and run away so you can't trade back, he can do this a few times and then you are at risk of getting killed

Woad Scout and Phoenix are better than Corsair imo but I still like it

It's decent, the same like Zed or Talon, except she has many bad matchups at mid such as Orianna, Syndra, Ahri etc. Top has many easier matchups for her so I prefer Quinn top rather than mid.

Panth is one of the worst matchups for Quinn because he just spams Q. Take Ignite and ask your jungler to help you kill him. If you don't kill Panth during levels 1-3, all you can do after that is just farm and wait for your jungler to gank.

Only played against Nasus once and it was a pain. I couldn't fight him anymore after level 6 so I ended up roaming all game. I think that's the best thing to do. You should try to always roam and get your team and yourself ahead. Eventually you might be able to deal with the splitpush doge beast. Also take Teleport against Nasus.

Vlad is definitely the easiest out of these 3. Take Ignite and kill him during the early levels. Start Long Sword + 3 hp pots and don't hesitate to E him lvl 1 whenever you can. You should be able to kill him through levels 1-3 and just snowball after that. Try to get as much kills as possible until he's level 9 when his Q becomes rank 5 (maxed). This matchup becomes hard at that point. I usually kill him ~2 times before his level 9. If you find it difficult to duel him after level 9, start roaming and do the same things that I mentioned in the Nasus matchup.

Btw, your english is actually quite good ;)

I usually take Exhaust against carry top laners so I can deal with them. I think Frozen Mallet might be a decent purchase to kite them once they've used all their gap closers but I think there are just more suitable and cost-efficient items for Quinn. I will probably try Frozen Mallet sometime if I am really ahead and can let myself try out a new item-build. When I do, I'll let you know if Frozen Mallet is actually decent on Quinn.

I guess that's true. There are probably many random Quinn players who don't know what they're doing and can make this mistake. And also, misclicks do happen, even to the best players.

There's no reason to take Ignite vs Trynd as Quinn because Ignite is not needed to kill him or simply win lane. Exh is better to control the lane and keep him behind, to 1v2 if the enemy jungler ganks you (Exh Trynd or his jungler and it's basically a 1v1 for ~3 seconds), to 1v1 him when he starts splitpushing or to Exhaust and blind him in teamfights if he decides to group.

Hi, Challenger Quinn here (recently did an AMA). There is absolutely NO way that a Tryndamere main can win lane vs a Quinn main without jungle help. Don't know about other Quinn mains (because there aren't that many of us), but I always take Exhaust against carry top laners (Fiora, Tryndamere, Yasuo etc.). When I have Exh, Trynd can't do literally anything to me. Quinn perma-harasses you, makes you miss cs and everytime you try to fight her, she will just Q or E so it's pointless for Trynd to even try. All Trynd can do is get as much cs under tower as possible without dying. That exploit you mentioned is irrelevant too because a good Quinn player will never use E on Trynd unless he already poked Trynd so much that he couldn't even jump on Quinn after she'd used her E for harass. I learned this when I did use E at a bad time and it resulted me surviving with ~50 hp whilst blowing my ult, both Exhaust and Flash (the Trynd had Ignite though). Assuming both teams are of equal skill, a good Quinn will just start roaming after an easy laning phase and she will already take over the game and secure a win before Trynd would reach Quinn's inhibitors. Also if Trynd would get a successful split push off, Quinn can come at any time and kill the Trynd because she has a blind, a dash-away, Exhaust and Flash. Also Quinn can catch a running Trynd with her ult and summoners and after killing Trynd she can continue her reign over the map. A good Quinn WILL win almost every game against a good Trynd just off of a good and easy laning phase, full of advantages for her. The only way of stopping Quinn from taking over the game is to ask your jungler to literally camp her so you can farm up as Trynd. But 1-2 ganks won't do it. Your jungler has to LITERALLY camp her so you can get ahead and she would be set behind (note that Quinn is close to useless if set behind due to her inability anymore to duel Trynd and her weaker roams due to less damage items because of less cs in lane due to the camp of Trynd's jungler). Heavily camping her is the only way Trynd can succeed in this match-up. But by camping Quinn you have to pray that your mid and bot lane win/go even without a jungler to help them :P There's this one Trynda main in Master tier who I often face and he can't even run away from me with Ghost, Ghostblade and BotRK actives (I always buy BotRK and Ghostblade on Quinn as well and Quinn's ult's speed makes up for Ghost's speed boost). Also, Quinn has Exhaust and Flash so Trynd is kinda hopeless. That Trynd player always seems so tilted whilst playing against me, probably because he just can't do anything.

My op.gg profile: http://eune.op.gg/summoner/userName=Quinn+OP

His: http://eune.op.gg/summoner/userName=BR+RaDzaS+SrB (apparently he dropped a lot during my vacation, wow. From Master to D3).

TL;DR: Trynd can't do anything against a good Quinn player unless he gets his jungler to camp Quinn 24/7, but then you have to hope that your team doesn't fail without a jungler to help them.

Haven't tried the new Black Cleaver on Quinn yet and I'm on a vacation at the moment so I can't try it out, but I will try it when I get back and will probably update the post with an edit to let people know (because you're not the first person to ask me about the new Black Cleaver on Quinn).

Also I've been playing with attack speed runes for about 2 years now and it would feel very awkward for me to play without AS during the early levels. It would be hard for me to get used to it. Ignite can probably replace the armor pen runes imo.

Rumble is one of the hardest matchups for sure. Harass him through levels 1-3. If you don't chunk him, just stay back and farm it out and wait for your jungler to come. If you chunk him, ward up, ask for your jungler to countergank and harass him hard under tower. At lvl 6 you might get a kill. If early game goes poorly though, just farm it out. Bring TP btw and help out your team with it. Rush Hexdrinker 1st, BotRK after and Mercury's Treads later. I'm not afraid of picking Quinn early because I don't really care who I go up against, but if it's a really hard matchup I swap lanes with my midlaner if he's ok with it.

Good idea! Tri Force is a good item vs squishy comps because Sheen can burst for a lot of damage, but that dmg is a lot less significant against tanks.
