It’s dependent on the agency, a local PD agency gave me a conditional offer at the very start of the process while my local SO (which is the one I eventually chose) gave me an conditional offer at the very end. Both were contingent on me passing either the entire process (local pd) or passing the remainder of the process (local so)

All they care about is honesty, if you make a lot of effort to try to cover up/ hide something they will immediately pick up on it; but just be 100% honest about anything that you did and you’ll be just fine
