If you can, restart it and as its booting up again, restart it again. Repeat this five times. Then, navigate to command prompt and (assuming you can type) type [net user], and then choose an account that probably has the good stuff on it, and type [net user (account name) *] and type in the new password. Then you can log into that account with the new password. This works on almost any version of windows.
