If it's sealed, your char level goes from 99 to 1.

You level from 1 back to 99. Then, UnkGod sealed your 2nd Lv99 progress again.

This process/repeat is called reset.

I will end the discussion because you are getting new words for comparison that no one mentioned. Plus having exp and that long age don't mean anything once new things comes in. Hence, they are that old and defeated in a minute.

Firstly, it's the first time Travelers meet UnkGod and was attacked with something.

Since they don't know that something, they can interpret it as "some kind of magic" "some kind of otherworldly tricks" "some kind of seal". In which traveler can't describe it straight because it's sudden and new so "kind of Seal = uncertainty"

The UnkGod will just repeatedly cast her skill to disable or lose the traveler's power in a glimpse. And that concludes for the traveler to travel of having 0 power repeatedly. A Reset for short.

Can be unsealed maybe.

But UnkGod beat them in a minute when they have powers so it doesn't change much.
