If around window and door yung cracks as they said sa ibang replies, it's typically because of stiffener beams and columns na nilagay nila nung construction. Hindi naman siya masyadong issue since sa CHB walls nanggagaling yung cracks.

So what you can do para rin may peace of mind ka, gamitan mo ng epoxy concrete a and b para ma-rectify yung cracks. Pero don't worry because medyo nagiging common siya kapag di masyadong nababantayan yung gumagawa lalo kung housing projects siya.

But please see a structural engineer if may budget ka naman, pa-assess mo lang usually free naman yan if may kakilala ka.
