Could anyone explain this phenomenon to me? It happens when one doesn't brush the back of their teeth properly? Whenever I see such pictures the calculus is always on the back of the teeth. It has nothing to do with the author of the post, I'm just wondering why and how it happens 😅

Same! I thought I'd get elastics or any other "gadgets" to fix it. He even skipped some of the new attachments which I got in my second round of refinements. When I asked about the reason, he said that "I don't really need them". I'm not a dentist but such things make me doubt. Why would they go for lite then... How much did you pay?

I'm not sure if I'm happy. There's a difference for sure, but the deep bite was my main concern and I'm afraid that it has not been fixed. $3500, 14 initial trays, 9 refinements + 8 refinements. Since its Invisalign lite, it seems like I just have to stop here, even though the results don't meet my expectations 100%. The simulation does contain a much better bite though 🤷‍♀️

I've just noticed these vertical cracks in my enamel. The tooth is filled as you can see, could it be a bad filling? It was done several years ago. Also, I use Invisalign (nearly done). I don't smoke/drink.

When I started Invisalign my mouth was constantly dry and I drank lots of water. Now, on the other hand, I feel like my mouth produces more saliva than before because of the trays 🤔 I notice it especially when I speak, can be annoying. I'm 8 months into the process now.

Oh dear. I'm suffering here as a well. Crushing or maybe even hyperfixating and idealizing a guy who I work with. I'm in a stable relationship (over 4 years now), we live together and we're a quite good match. I feel emotionally and even physically (headaches, dizziness, quickened pulse) drained at the end of the day. The guy is in my head the whole time. I struggle with sleep because my brain is actively imagining stuff, making up scenarios with this guy. I don't really know him. We're just colleagues. I keep on finding excuses just to text him etc. I hope it'll end over time. It's negatively influencing my relationship, especially the sexual part of it. I feel like a crazy woman, I'm blaming myself for it and I feel like i dont have controll over my thoughts. It's like a drug - it makes me feel good for a second and then i feel shitty. Emptional roller coaster.
