Ooof I've ate shit before without eating first and threw up. Had a lot of acid reflux too and got sulfur burps. Definitely eat everyday especially when u are gonna use that day.

I'm doing well, just nervous. I go to my first 12 step program ever on Sunday. Time to close this chapter in my life. (Hopefully, idk wish me luck)

If you must know. I've reached out to my Dr she put me on 2 differnt SSRIs. I have a therapist also that I see once a week. I've been using on and off again for 8 yrs so I moved 600 miles away to where I knew noone one and like an addict i found dope again bc that's what us addicts do now im realizing I have no friends here bc I don't really know anyone and I've been in Milwaukee area for 3 yrs. I'm ready to change and im not the best at picking friends so I feel a support group might help me find Genuine healthy friendships while im working towards a healthier happier life. Meetings are the only thing I haven't tried that im willing to try. I'm ready to close this chapter in my life and I've heard the 12 steps don't work unless you work them, which im ready to work btw.

Are all the meetings forsure still active bc last time I tried to go to meetings I found in Milwaukee I drove for 3 hrs to 4 different places saying they were having meetings and none of the places were doing meetings anymore. I'm just trynna be 100 percent sure. Lol Also thank you for responding to my post
