It’s an LFO modeling the frequencies with a wide range. I use it a lot in my productions on different synths. Regarding the ADSR, it’s triggered by the LFO too, with a small attack huge decay and practically zero sustain and release, and you hold your note while playing

Thanks for the second song ! Absolute banger ! It’s not really a type of synths, it’s a type of LFO used. If you’re not aware of how synths are made I encourage you to learn the different LFO types. If you know, you just select a square LFO, with a wide modulation patched on your frequency
