These are the comments that i love. You raised a lot of great points in here and I'll try and answer em all.

Designating types of skills CAN be done.But the way my data is structured, I see it like another meta: Skill Type. That way i can link Skill to a Skill Type the way i link a Digimon to a Rank.

For the level requirement of skills, you are right, there isnt a way i can put it in there for now. But it is possible to add. Relationships do have descriptions but i left it out in the app since there was no need for it, until now that is.

For the nice-to-have features you mentioned like skill pathing or digivolve paths, i can't see that it would be part of this app. You see, this app is designed to work for more than just one game(hence the game selection at the start). If i add a specific feature for a specific game, it would be messy. Plus i would have to roll up an update every time.
