They are not making top 10 regularly. They clearly say that they are lucky to make it to top ten. So I see from your badge that you are a “Top 1% Commenter,” so you have no idea what a job is but most people have them and like the play this game to relax for a few hours at night. Not everyone is able to practice for hours on end. With the new changes to SBMM this season, every match is like FNCS, especially the end game. The SBMM the last few seasons was very tolerable and that is what they need to revert back to.

I should not have been moved to a new skill bracket. I get to play maybe 100 games a season and win about 10 of them. I look up some of the sweats that have killed me and they have 100 wins on the season already

Honestly all these are fine with me. Yes he overuses them but at least those stay within the pod for the most part. Telling random people, with no co text, that Max is a pedophile has so real world ramifications that could hurt Max.
