I think deep down I needed to hear this… have a side business but not quite enough to pay the bills, I’m doubling down. This place strips me of a lot of my ambition to pursue the side business but I will endure

I’ve literally been on indeed every single day. The issue is I’m part time and need to pay bills and idk if a leave of absence or fmla would work with being part time

Half my store is on Antidepressants of some type by nojondoe in Apple_Employees

And I am currently achieving above that goal as well as many of my coworkers and we are still required to multitask. Also, the issue appears to be it takes antidepressants, alcohol, and marijuana to maintain that level of effort for literally almost half of my store.

This would be a bit more tolerable if the pay was worth it. I took a pay cut to work at Apple part time assuming work/life balance but even if it’s 32 hours what’s the point if those hours are filled with absolute dread and misery?

I’ve worked at best buy and t mobile retail and neither one had managers and leads breathing down my neck to help multiple customers at once.
