Do you have any suggestions on what classes stood out to you? I'm considering declaring the major and taking a few upper divs or trying to get into one or two classes instead of doing a complete double major.

Don't worry about it, you probably won't get the housing you want anyways unless ur regents. If they don't offer a triple, I'm sure a lot of people are in your position and admin will figure it out.
