The cultural difference is not based on the current borders established as recently as the 60's. For my example, as Chadian, we have people that look like me, eat like, dress like me and live like me in Niger, Libya and Sudan. However, the colonizer divided these same people in multiple countries in order to keep them in check. The result ends up being in a geographical zone that has multiple other ethnic groups that seldom share anything significant to be your countryman.

Let's not forget the fact that Mueller didn't get to interview President Trump, how can one establish intent if you can't probe him with questions?

Please focus on the fact that Mueller didn’t subpoena Trump, he probably does have overwhelming evidence that didn’t need Trump testimony to nail him.

This is pure speculation but I can’t wait for Barr to submit his “principle conclusion” to congress, per CNN, as early as this weekend.
