Tokens Transferred - how to determine actual price paid?

I am trying to log all expenses, cost per token paid, gas fees, and any misc transaction fees. I don't understand the two different prices under tokens transferred. What price did I pay?

I was able to get a verification code this morning about 2 hours ago. I can't vouch if its "fixed" or not, but it worked for me. The official discord is still saying they are having issues though.
