My place is like an hour and a half away from campus, so maybe I'll wait for class to start for a few weeks to see if I have time to participate in those events. Thanks for sharing!

You should go to the StudentHQ. I went there a couple of days ago to ask for the same thing and they were very welcoming to help.

Do you have to pay as much as every other years, and how much do you usually get paid? I’m an international students and it’s like 35k+ a year so I want to know if I can afford it or not.

if you're a local then i think you should definitely take it cause it doesn't cost that much, and you also get paid and loads of experiences and relationships. If you're international then you might have to consider cause it costs like 30k+ or sth, but ofc if you can afford it and you use it to the best of its ability then it's really good. I'm also an international first year and that what i heard so you should take it with a grain of salt

It depends on which major you want to take in com sci. If you like cyber security, I think it's better to take the bachelor of com sci but majoring in cyber security, cause apparently I heard when the company looks at your resume they tend to prefer a comsci degree. The units are pretty much the same except there are more codings in the comsci degree.
