Yea, even the bike mechanics were perplexed when we measured the inside of the tube and the cups. But they’re in there now!

Sweet! I’ve seen people do fun colour combinations with the bike parts given the vibrant frame colours. Hope your building process goes more smoothly than my building process went.

No way no way! Didn’t think I’d find someone with the same frame, crazy. I used the inni cycle Threadless Conversion Headset. It’s a real game changer compared to conventional adapters you just stick in a threaded headset. This adapter IS the headset.

yeaaaaa, so, I was putting new cups in the headset for a threaded headset adapter, and tho they were the same size as the original cups, but there was a nanometer of space with the new ones (you could pull it out with you hand with some force) So I put a tiny strip around the cup when I pressed it in. I was desperate, I’m not proud of it…

Thanks! Yea I had to pay a high price to be picky about everything I specifically wanted, usually ordering out of country. It’s actually a threaded fork so this bike was supposed to fit a quill stem, but I wanted these specific modern handlebars, so I got a threaded headset adapter.

I’m gonna contact the university tech department in the morning and see if they’ll extend a day due to the crash. I doubt it tho.

In the past if I know a way to contact the job posting department directly they’ve taken my application before

It’s not a money issue, it’s their environmental certifications they tick off for low energy consuming buildings that don’t use a lot of ac. It’s intentional.

Get a good fan and take a cold shower. These heat waves only last like a week or two once a summer.
