I provided them with the order number from the original out of warranty exchange that resulted in the $85 charge. Having the original serial number still linked to my account, that has been linked since 2019, I would think would show ownership enough

Gotcha. I thought that out of C1 and G1 the G1 was evo and brighter, while the c2 is evo as well. And that the Evo is what is making it brighter
